ANNIVERSARY OF THE TAJIK UNIVERSITY OF INNOVATION AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES CELEBRATED WITH GREAT CEREMONY
On May 30, 2026, a ceremonial cultural event dedicated to the anniversary of the establishment of the Tajik University of Innovation and Digital Technologies was held at the Cultural and Recreation Park of Kulob.
The event brought together university leadership, faculty members, students, representatives of government institutions, and local residents. Participants highlighted the university’s significant achievements in training highly qualified specialists in information technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
The ceremony commenced with an opening address by the Rector of the University, Mr. Shahriyor Sa’dullozoda, who congratulated the attendees on the university’s anniversary and emphasized the institution’s contribution to the development of higher education and the implementation of modern technologies in the country.
During the event, Mr. Anvarzoda Sunatullo, Head of the Innovation Department of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, delivered a speech and highly praised the university’s efforts in preparing competitive professionals and supporting the national digital transformation agenda.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the award ceremony for the winners of the Academic Olympiad organized by the university among talented young participants. The winners received valuable prizes:
First Place — Laptop;
Second Place — Modern Television Set;
Third Place — Cash Prize of 500 Somoni.
This initiative once again demonstrated the university’s commitment to supporting talented youth and fostering intellectual development.
The event concluded with a vibrant cultural program and an exhibition showcasing the innovative achievements and projects of the university’s students.
