Kholmatova Muminа Mahmadovna
Born on August 5, 1992, in the city of Kulob, in an educated family.

From 1999 to 2009, she studied at the “Boghi Habib” Gymnasium in the Mu’minobod district.

Work and Career

From 2009 to 2014, she studied at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullo Rudaki, majoring in “Tajik Language and Literature,” and successfully graduated.

From 2014 to 2017, she worked as Head of the Department of Upbringing, Propaganda, and Social Affairs, and as an Assistant Lecturer at the “Languages” Department of the Institute of Technology and Innovative Management in Kulob.

From 2017 to 2019, she continued her work at the same department.

From 2019 to 2020, she served as Head of the “Light Industry and Design” Department at the Institute of Technology and Innovative Management in Kulob (DTMIK).

From 2020 to 2021, she worked as Head of the Master’s Degree Department of the same institute.

From 2022 to 2023, she was Head of the “Technology of Light Industry and Design” Department at DTMIK.

Since September 2023, she has been serving as Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs at the Institute of Technology and Innovative Management in Kulob.

She is the author of two monographs and more than 35 scientific articles.

For her valuable contribution to community activities and the city’s development, she has been awarded certificates of honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of Khatlon Region, and the Mayor of Kulob.

Married, mother of three children.
