Isozoda Sobir Qurbon was born on December 14, 1983, in the Republic of Tajikistan. He is Tajik by nationality and holds a higher education degree. He is a Candidate of Sciences (Physics) and Associate Professor.
Currently, he serves as the Vice Rector for Science and Digital Development at Донишгоҳи инноватсия ва технологияҳои рақамии Тоҷикистон.
