Hakimzoda Iskandar Bozor was born on January 19, 1991, in the Republic of Tajikistan. He is Tajik by nationality and holds a higher education degree. Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor.
Currently, he serves as the Vice Rector for International Relations at the Tajik University of Innovation and Digital Technologies.
In 2015, he graduated from Ivanovo State University of Chemistry and Technology of the Russian Federation with a degree in Electrochemical Engineering.
